This is what accessible healthcare looks like.

In November 2025 the Foundation ran a two-day medical outreach in Ilasan with a delivery partner on the ground. General medicine, dentistry, eye care and counselling, at no cost to anyone who came.

1,144 people were seen over the two days.

Treatment exists.Access does not.

Across the world, the distance between a treatable condition and a treated one is rarely medical. It is a question of who can reach care, who can afford it, and who has been overlooked entirely.

The Foundation works on three fronts, and they are the three it was constituted to work on.

    Treat where treatment has not reached.

    Free outreach clinics run with named partners on the ground. General medicine, dentistry, eye care and counselling, at no cost to anyone who comes.

    Teach the people who stay.

    A clinic ends when the tents come down. The Foundation is constituted to advance the education of medical practitioners, so that skill remains in the places it is scarcest.

    Make the rare routine.

    Research into regenerative treatment, and a commitment written into the Foundation's constitution that useful results are shared rather than held. 3D printed prosthetics are the same principle in a different form.

Every programme carries its real status. We publish what is delivered, what is running, and what is still being negotiated.

    Community medical outreach

    Two days of free care in an open field in Lekki, delivered with a local partner. General medicine, dentistry, eye care and counselling, with food and clothing, at no cost to anyone who came.

FAQs

Where does my money go?

Gifts go to whichever programme most needs them at the time, and the programme register publishes the real status of each one. Choosing a destination for a gift is something the Foundation intends to offer and cannot yet.

The full allocation split is published when the Foundation files its first annual accounts, due October 2026. It was registered in December 2024, so none have fallen due yet.

Can I give monthly, or leave a gift in my will?

Monthly giving and legacy gifts are both available. Monthly support is what lets the Foundation plan a programme rather than react to one.
